We celebrated Christmas day the three of us in our house. Madilyn really enjoyed opening gifts but even more so liked playing with the wrapping paper, bows, and boxes! We enjoyed watching Madi play with all her gifts. It's pretty exciting that Madi just started pretend play. She pretends to feed her baby a bottle, and has pretend tea parties with us. She pours the tea out of the pot and pretends to drink it! She also has started giving kisses.
Two days later we headed up to NY to celebrate Christmas again! The two week break went fast, but we enjoyed every minute of it.
